The return option is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Only unused items that are in the same condition as you received them are eligible for return. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned. This includes items with a limited shelf life such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns of hygienic or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* gift vouchers
* downloadable software products
* some health and personal hygiene products
In order to process your return, we will require a purchase receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only part of the price will be refunded: (if applicable)
* Books that are clearly used
* CDs, DVDs, video tapes, software, games, cassette tapes or vinyl records that have had their packaging opened
* Articles not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts, and for which we are not to blame
* Items not returned within 30 days of delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will send you an acknowledgement by email. We will also let you know whether we have accepted or refused your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
If necessary, contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund shows up.
If this is not the problem, contact your bank. It often takes time for a refund to be processed.

Discounted items (where applicable)
No refunds can be made for items which have been discounted.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item, please email email@example.com and send the item to Akkerdries 5, Beerse, Antwerp, 2340 , Belgium.
If it is an item bought specifically as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift credit as soon as we receive the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the giver first received the item and then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and that person will be notified that you have returned it.

You must pay the shipping costs for returning the item. Postage costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long a replacement item takes to arrive depends on where you are.
If you are sending us an item valued at over £75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
